Server Update 1.3.2 - 'The Efficiency Update'

You can no longer /accept death if a medic uses /getpt on you
Medics now get call acceptance notification and blip (/getpt)
Players in a active turf without bandana cannot shoot or be shot by other players unless both players have a bandana on.
Admins can set a faction pay pool, Faction leaders can now adjust every rank's pay as they like.
"Diamond!" Achievement
Mining now pays slightly higher. Also added a chance to find a very rare stone (once every 60 minutes of play time!)
Added internal iterators for increased loop efficiency
Guns do no damage inside the Casino. (Cops can still shoot/taze)
Moved from ZCMD to PawnCMD.
Added a vehicle Iterator (hooked), Replaced all instances of MAX_VEHICLES loop with foreach
Increased /usecookie prices.
Fixed an issue where a vehicle wouldn't take damage with a driver in the car.
Admin divisions in-game listed above the administrators head
You can longer receive more than 500 cookies (from /givecookieall)
Management/Scripters can now rename commands and make aliases.
Fixed administrative chat bugs.
Diamonds are stored in your inventory (you can use /give)
Added a bunch of FMD commands -> /listpt, /getpt, etc.
Added /forcedeleteobjects for a6+ it can be used to destroy objects in-game without a restart (finally)
Admins now get warnings if a player leaves while hurt.
Fixed a few if checks (boolean operators) upon server login.
Players now get kicked if they do not change their name upon joining with an invalid name (non-RP)
Medics now receive messages if their patient bleeds out/is revived.
Added /setstat diamond
Added cmds to console log

/admins now shows reports handled
Admins are now forced off duty if they are on duty when the restart command is issued.
